Our client is a Sweden-based, fast-growing healthcare technology company that has developed a ground-breaking software platform to help patients receive the healthcare treatments they need. With Ledogra, health insurance and patients only pay for medicines that work.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Solution Architect with a strong background in designing highly scalable applications and experience with modern web technologies. The client is doing things nobody has done before! Thus, creative problem-solving is a must, and a get-things-done mentality is a definitive requirement.

Responsibilities:

System Design:

  • Analyse the existing platform architecture, considering scalability, reliability,

performance, and security aspects, and suggest enhancements.

  • Create a data architecture that efficiently handles data ingestion, storage, processing, analysis, and retrieval.

Scalability and Performance:

  • Determine scaling strategies to accommodate the growing data load while maintaining optimal performance.

Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flow charts and system component descriptions.
  • Technology Selection:
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks and tools for data storage and data processing.

Requirement Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, functional requirements, and data-related needs.
  • Define and document the technical and architectural requirements based on the data volume, velocity, and variety.

Must-Have:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, .Net or others.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale applications.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases. Understanding data modelling, indexing, and optimisation is crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of fundamental technologies and architectural trends, such as containerisation, microservices and network architectures (load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, networking, databases, and content delivery networks)
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with modern DevOps build pipelines and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of web standards and protocols, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with multiple programming languages including but not limited to C#, F#, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • MongoDB and other NoSQL or Graph databases (Neo4j)
  • GraphQL and Apollo
  • Good understanding of Node.js and its associated libraries and frameworks like Express, NestJS, etc.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modelling
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech
